Covering cloth for igniting compounds in pyrotechnical initiators

The production process is for a pyrotechnic igniter with a housing (1) in which an electrical ignition resistance (4) is fitted, on top of which the ignition material is located. A sieve-like suction-capable fabric (8) is fitted, which contains at least part of the ignition material (5). This is done after the wet ignition material has been added and before the drying process, pressing the still mobile ignition material into the fabric.
