PURPOSE: A structure of an engine mounting bracket is provided to restrict vibration between an engine and a vehicle body by varying the position of the engine mounting bracket according to displacement of the engine, and to improve the durability by offsetting transmission of vibration. CONSTITUTION: An engine rail(40) and a vehicle body rail(50) are formed longitudinally in an engine(20) and a vehicle body(25). Rollers(34,35) of an engine mounting bracket(30) are protruded from an engine assembling surface(31a) and a vehicle body assembling surface(31b), and combined with the engine rail and the vehicle body rail. A control unit decides displacement of the engine by analyzing the frequency according to measured values from accelerator sensors of the engine and an accelerator to decide the operation range of the engine. An actuator moves the engine mounting bracket longitudinally by the control unit, and the control unit adjusts the position of the engine mounting bracket by operating the actuator in increasing displacement of the engine.
