INKJET PRINTING INK CAPABLE OF BEING PRINTED IN VARIOUS MATERIALS, PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF AND PRINTING METHOD USING THE INK

PURPOSE: An inkjet printing ink, its preparation method and an inkjet printing method using the ink are provided, to obtain a printing ink having excellent fastness, coloring property and color gamut capable of being applied to various fibers, mixed fabrics and N/P micro-filament yarns. CONSTITUTION: The inkjet printing ink comprises 0.5-10 wt% of a reactive dispersive dye which is insoluble in water, has a molecular weight of 800 or less and contains a reactive group capable of covalent bonding with the hydroxyl groups or amine or amide groups of fiber; and 90-99.5 wt% of a solvent which dissolves the dye. Preferably the inkjet printing ink comprises 0.5-10 wt% of the reactive dispersive dye; 60-98.5 wt% of a solvent; and 1-30 wt% of a polyvalent alcohol of C2-C30. Preferably the inkjet printing ink comprises 0.5-10 wt% of the reactive dispersive dye; 55-98.45 wt% of a solvent; 1-30 wt% of a polyvalent alcohol of C2-C30; and 0.05-5 wt% of a nonionic or anionic surfactant.
