PURPOSE: An intelligent gas valve control device is provided to prevent a fire caused by overheating, to prevent such a disastrous accident as a gas explosion accident caused by gas leakage, and to make users free from a feeling of uneasiness of a gas accident, by making an intermediate valve automatically shut. CONSTITUTION: An intelligent gas valve control device comprises a timer(4) performing counting for a predetermined time when a gas apparatus(1) is lit and supplying a counting signal to a control part(9) if a counting value reaches a predetermined value; a pressure-sensing part(5) sensing gas pressure supplied to the gas apparatus and supplying the sensed information to the control part; a temperature sensor(6) installed around the gas apparatus, to sense the peripheral temperature of the gas apparatus and to supply a predetermined warning signal to the control part if the sensed temperature exceeds predetermined reference temperature; a gas leakage sensor(8) sensing gas leakage if gas leakage is sensed around the gas apparatus and supplying gas leakage information to the control part; plural human body sensors(7) installed near a door and around the gas apparatus, to sense whether a user goes out; the control part collecting information sensed from each sensor and preventing a fire caused by overheating of the gas apparatus and intercepting gas leakage by making an intermediate valve(3) controlled according to the information collected; and a valve drive part(10) turning on/off the intermediate valve according to the control of the control part.
