PURPOSE: A method for densificating a surface treatment film of a cathode ray tube is provided to improve conductivity and to maximize the efficiency of a curing process by reducing slow cooling process time. CONSTITUTION: According to the method for densificating a surface treatment film of a cathode ray tube, the surface treatment film is hardened by curing a face panel coated with the surface treatment film with a curing heater for 30 minutes in the temperature of 160-200 degree. A transparent conductive thin film having a densification line of mosaic shape is formed by irradiating a laser to the cured surface treatment film. The laser has a wavelength of infrared ray or ultraviolet ray region.
