PURPOSE: A touch panel device is provided to improve display quality through the prevention of the contact between the touch panel and a display device by changing an adhesive coating part. CONSTITUTION: The display device(400) has a display part(400a) displaying an image, and a driving part(400b) for transferring a driving signal to the display part. The touch panel(200) is combined with the display device by keeping a constant space. The adhesive combining the display device and the touch panel is coated on an edge of the display device, and a boundary between the display part and the driving part.
