PURPOSE: A hot and cold water purifier providing hot water and cold water in real time is provided to promptly cool or heat newly supplied water all the time, thereby providing fresh and hygienic water. CONSTITUTION: An instantaneous cooling device(30) is formed of a purified water flow pipe(20) communicating with a purifying container for flowing purified water inside and processed in coil shape, and a refrigerant circulation pipe(40) communicating with a refrigerating cycle for circulating a refrigerant inside and processed in coil shape. A heat insulating member is installed on an outer peripheral surface of the instantaneous cooling device. An instantaneous heating device is formed of a purified water flow pipe communicating with the purifying container for flowing purified water inside and processed in coil shape, and a pipe heater closely contacting with the purified water flow pipe and processed in coil shape. A heat insulating member is installed on an outer peripheral surface of the instantaneous heating device.
