<p>A mixing device capable of eliminating the need for installing an agitating blade, wherein a plurality of fluid materials (21a, 21b) stored in raw material tanks (20a, 20b) are supplied to the fluid supply port of a nozzle (16) through variable restrictors (24a, 24b). Though the fluid materials are not uniformly mixed at this time, when the fluid materials are jetted from a fluid jetting port, compressed air led from the gas supply port of the nozzle (16) forms the high-velocity swirl flow of the compressed air forward of the nozzle (16), the fluid materials jetted by the swirl flow are fractured in particles and mixed, and the uniformized mixture (13) is charged into a batch tank (10). When the mixture charged in the batch tank (10) is desired to be re-mixed, the mixture in the batch tank (10) is fed from an outlet port (15) to the nozzle (16) via. a re-supply tube (18).</p> |
