PURPOSE: A method of making liquid type fermented soybean paste by mixing powders of fermented soybean paste, Herba houttuyniae extract and monosodium glutamate is provided. The product is beneficial to the human health and can be stored and distributed for a long period of time. CONSTITUTION: Fermented soybean paste is ground and then mixed with a Herba houttuyniae extract and monosodium glutamate in a ratio of 6.5:3.3:2 in a mixture, to produce liquid type fermented soybean paste. |
