<p>In a system of distributed services such as pay television, the data exchanged between a management centre and user modules use cryptographic means to guarantee authenticity and confidentiality of data. The requirements for cryptographic processing in the management centre are important; hence the invention concerns a cryptographic system combining modularity and security, for the cryptographic operations, of monolithic security units such as smart cards.</p> |
