FIELD: refractory materials. ^ SUBSTANCE: objective of invention is manufacture of periclase-spinel refractory products suitable for linings of rotary and shaft furnaces and other high-temperature assemblies. Products are obtained from mass including grainy and dispersed constituents, the former composed of grainy periclase, alumino-magnesia spinel, and alumina-containing additive, and the latter composed of dispersed periclase and zirconium-containing additive, wherein alumina-containing additive is represented by grainy plate-like corundum fraction 1-0 mm and dispersed constituent fraction below 63 mcm is represented by product obtained by joint grinding of periclase and zirconium-containing additive in the form of dispersed baddeleyite or industrial zirconium dioxide, the following proportions of components being employed, wt %: grainy periclase fraction 5-3 mm - 15.0-26.0, 3-1 mm - 25.0-67.0, 1-0 mm - 17.0-29.0; grainy alumino-magnesia spinel fraction 5-0 mm - 0.5-10.0; alumina-containing additive fraction 1-9 - 0.5-5.0; dispersed periclase fraction 63 mcm - 21.4-34.3; and dispersed zirconium-containing additive fraction below 63 mcm - 0.5-5.0. When preparing refractory body, mixture containing grainy constituent fraction 5-0 mm and fine constituent fraction below 0.063 mm taken at weight ratio (1.86-3.00):1 is used. ^ EFFECT: increased strength and reduced porosity within high-temperature oxidative furnace medium resulting in better operation and resource characteristics. ^ 4 cl, 2 tbl |
