FIELD: building equipment, namely apparatuses for rolling facings. ^ SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes attachment for forming gradual stepped bent portion of boundary inclined wall. Said attachment is in the form of upper and lower additional shaping rollers with working profiles corresponding to width half of profile of recess of rolling rolls and it is arranged in zone of forming boundary recess of facing. Additional shaping rollers are provided with supporting and mounting brackets having lengthwise and crosswise slits. Working profile of additional shaping rollers may be trapezoidal, curvilinear, stepped, multi-step, with lengthwise dents and indentations, with lengthwise steps, with suppressors of cross deformation. Upper and lower additional shaping rollers of attachment for gradual step bending of boundary inclined wall may be mirror ones. They may be mounted with possibility of lengthwise motion, with possibility of crosswise motion, and they may be made of tool steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, chrome-containing steel. Walls may be made of nickel-, vanadium-, manganese-, cobalt-, chrome-nickel-, or titanium-containing steel and they may have wear-resistant coatings, may be laminate, may be provided with heaters, micro-vibrators. ^ EFFECT: enhanced quality of rolled facings. ^ 25 cl, 6 dwg |
