PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electro-optical device, a wiring board, a display module, and electronic equipment which can be made compact. SOLUTION: On one side edge of a TFT substrate 21, external connecting terminals of respective data lines are formed, and on the other side edge, external connecting terminals for control and power supply are formed. In a flexible board 13, a 3rd terminal forming part 33 corresponding to a 1st terminal forming part 21a where the external connecting terminals are formed, is also formed, an extension part 32 is formed and the extension part 32 is extended around an organic EL display 12 from the backside, and a 4th terminal forming part 34 formed at the tip part of the extension part 32 is made to correspond to a 2nd terminal forming part 21b where the external connecting terminals for control and those for power supply are formed. The external connecting terminals of the 1st terminal forming part 21a are connected to the external connecting terminals for control and those for power supply of the 4th terminal forming part 34.
