PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-frequency heat cooking device capable of obtaining excellent taste of an object to be cooked by using optimal cooking technique and cooking in short time. SOLUTION: This high-frequency heat cooking device comprises a first steam generating means 13, a second steam generating means 14, a high frequency heating means 12 and a control means for them. Thereby, a heat cooking technique using high frequency, co-use of a heat cooking technique using steam, a heat cooking device using steam permitting control of steam supply quantity and steam supply place are possible, and according to the object to be heated, obtaining excellent taste of the object by using the optimal cooking technique and cooking in short time are possible.
