SOLUTION: The automatic control method has a stage for determining evaluation regarding at least a pair of values of "i" or measurement (X<SB>i</SB>, Y<SB>i</SB>); a stage for determining the corresponding value of an inclinationα<SB>i</SB>of a linear line passing through an origin and the point (X<SB>i</SB>, Y<SB>i</SB>); a stage for modeling a variation curveα<SB>i</SB>=f(X<SB>i</SB>, A<SB>p</SB>) by calculating the coefficient A<SB>p</SB>by a direct calculation or regression from a sufficient number of pairs with (α<SB>i</SB>, X<SB>i</SB>); and a stage for calculating a target value X<SB>max</SB>using a predetermined invariant "Invt".
