PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic drive fan type cooling system used for a water-cooled type internal combustion engine, which can change a rotational speed and the reverse rotation of a hydraulic drive fan by simple structure. SOLUTION: A rotation control device of a hydraulic drive fan for a cooling device comprises: a hydraulic fan motor 3; a fan speed change/reverse rotation control valve 20 allowing the rotational speed change operation and the reverse rotation switch operation of the hydraulic drive fan motor 3; a water temperature sensor 32; a fan reverse switch 31; and a controller 30 responding to a signal from the water temperature sensor 32 or the fan reverse switch 31 to output a predetermined signal to the fan speed change/reverse rotation control valve 20.
