PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reclining cover structure of a vehicle seat improving the external appearance by covering a connecting part between a seat back hinge and a seat cushion hinge of a reclining device. SOLUTION: This reclining cover structure covers the connecting part of the reclining device in the vehicle seat which constitutes the seat back tiltably to the seat cushion via the reclining device. An outer cover 12 covering the connecting part between the side of the seat back hinge 5 and the side of the seat cushion hinge 6 of the reclining device is provided in the side of the seat cushion 2. A hinge cover 22 turning along with the seat back hinge 5 is mounted on the seat back hinge 5 and the hinge cover 22 is integrally provided with an inside cover part 24 covering a clearance toward the inner face of the outer cover 12 in the turning range of the seat back hinge 5.
