The system has a V-shaped lasting seal (9) attached to the boundary region (6) of a gutter floor (1) to seal the joined edges of the gutter floor. The seal is made of elastomeric material, and connected to the boundary region of the gutter floor with the use of an adhesive. The seal can be set at the curvature of a gutter following the boundary region of the gutter floor.
