<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cap which has a good appearance, can be prevented from getting clogged with an extract, and has the inside of a cap body noncommunicating directly with the outside while a lid is closed. <P>SOLUTION: The cap has a hinge 6 for coupling the cap body 4 and the lid 5, consisting of a body-side hinge block 23 projecting from the cap body, a lid-side hinge block 24 projecting from the lid, foldably coupled with the body-side hinge block and brought into contact with the body-side hinge block while a spout 3 is closed with the lid, and an elastic piece 25 having one end formed on the lid by a pair of slits 26 provided side by side through the lid toward an aperture S between the cap body and the lid and having the other end coupled with the cap body to be elastically deformed to cause both hinge-blocks to come into contact with/farther away from each other.
