PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the meandering of a carcass cord under a breaker. SOLUTION: A profile deck 21 is expanded in its diameter accompanied by the approach movement of a bead core 5 due to a clamp ring 20 to push up a body cover 9 including a carcass ply 6A in the shape along the profile deck 21 to expand the same. By this constitution, the outer peripheral surface of the body cover 9 having the pushed-up shape due to the profile deck 21 is pasted on the inner peripheral surface of an annular tread ring 15.
