<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical pick-up and an optical disk device for maintaining energy of an optical beam irradiating the optical disk at a specified condition, and for recording and reproducing information stably. <P>SOLUTION: This optical pick-up can easily make a center of the optical beam incident on a dichroic prism coincide with a center of an objective lens, by a heat sink held on a boss plate 161 having a boss part 162 inserted into a through-hole disposed on an optical base 151 and a plane surface portion to make the boss portion be movable within the through-hole in a direction perpendicular to an axial direction of the boss part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
