MANUFACTURING METHOD OF SOLID ELECTROLYTIC CAPACITOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the manufacturing method of a solid electrolytic capacitor wherein there are wound up an anode foil and a cathode foil suppressed in the occurrence of polymerization burr upon polymerization reaction. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of a solid electrolytic capacitor comprises the process of dipping a capacitor element 2 in a first alcohol solvent as a mixed solution of a high polymer material and a metal salt oxidant, and the process of forming a conductive high polymer layer by dipping the capacitor element 2 in a second alcohol solvent having a higher boiling point than the first alcohol solvent for thermal polymerization reaction and suppressing the occurrence of polymerization burr on the capacitor element 2. Consequently, the occurrence of the polymerization burr is suppressed by dipping the capacitor element (2) in a mixed solution of a high polymer material and an oxidant, and thereafter dipping the capacitor element (2) in the second alcohol solvent having a higher boiling point than that of the first alcohol solvent of an oxidant solution for thermal polymerization.
