PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multistage amplifier that comprises an improved interstage coupling, for overcoming the defect wherein one gain stage in the multistage amplifier badly effects on the previous gain stage. SOLUTION: The multistage amplifier comprises a first gain stage composed of a first input terminal and a first output terminal, and a second gain stage composed of a first input terminal. A first interstage resistive element is connected in series to the first output terminal of the first gain stage and the first input terminal of the second gain stage, to reduce a bad effect of the first gain stage on the previous gain stage. The multistage amplifier may comprise a differential pair comprising a local feedback path for each transistor of the differential pair. The local feedback assists stabilizing of the imaginary number component of an input impedance of a differential amplifier.
