GALVANIZED STEEL SHEET WELDING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a galvanized steel sheet welding device that can stably secure zinc removing performance and welding performance after removal of zinc. SOLUTION: The welding device is equipped with a preceding torch 14 which moves relatively to galvanized steel sheets 12 along the seam 13 between the sheets 12 and which removes zinc by heating and gasifying it, and is also equipped with a succeeding torch 15 which moves relatively to the galvanized steel sheets 12 integrally with the preceding torch 14 and which welds the seam 13 between the sheets 12 where zinc is removed by the preceding torch 14. The preceding torch 14 is composed of a plasma torch or a laser torch while the succeeding torch 14 is composed of a TIG welding torch. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
