<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a conveyance tool which has enough elasticity and prevents the contact trace of the work holding surface of the conveyance tool from being left on the surface of a work. <P>SOLUTION: In the method for producing a conveyance tool 10, a substrate 2 is made of a cured elastomer, and a resin sheet 3 is laminated on the cured elastomer on at least the work holding surface in the substrate 2. After at least one surface of the resin sheet 3 is reformed by discharge treatment in a prescribed gas atmosphere, a joining reinforcing agent is applied on the reformed surface. After that, an unvulcanized elastomer composition containing a vulcanizing agent is heated/pressurized in a mold while being contacted with the joining reinforcing agent application surface of the resin sheet 3 so that the resin sheet 3 and the cured elastomer are joined to be integrated to mold the conveyance tool 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
