PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a managing instrument for a delivery instrument capable of preventing malfunction of the delivery instrument (a refrigerating storage) while delivering or to provide a management instrument of a delivery instrument capable of preventing ineffectual energy from feeding to the delivery instrument (the refrigerating storage). SOLUTION: A database 430 and a precooling time calculation part 414 are provided to a management computer 401a. Temperature history information or time series data of temperature in the refrigerating storage is obtained and stored in the database 430. The precooling time calculation part 414 makes determination about necessary precooling for using the refrigerating storage, in other words, calculates start time of precooling by analyzing the temperature history information.
