<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a shielding/sound proofing device for vehicle cassation which can increase the safety of workers by reducing explosive sound when impact damping devices such as air bags are exploded and developed in the cassation of a vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: Start triggers sent to explosives installed in the plurality of air bags or pre-tensioners are generated at slightly shifted timings (for example, shifted 0.1 sec each).
