PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dust collection container for a vacuum cleaner with a plurality of filters whose filtering areas are different from each other according to the size of particles of captured dust, etc. to be hardly clogged after use for a long period of time. SOLUTION: The dust collection container for the vacuum cleaner is detachably mounted on a suction chamber of a cleaner body. Dust sucked together with air through an air suction hole formed in the suction chamber to communicate with the outside is collected in the dust collection container. The dust collection container comprises a dust collection casing with a connection port communicating with the air suction hole and a discharge part for discharging sucked air, and a filter assembly with at least three filters detachably mounted on the discharge part.
