PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a view securing system capable of safely securing rear confirming view during driving even if a view obstructing device such as a display is disposed in a vehicle. SOLUTION: This view securing system 1 comprises a standard rear view mirror 10 and an auxiliary rear view mirror 14 capable of being inserted into and extracted from the storage part 12 of the standard rear view mirror 10. In the view securing system 1, when a screen part 31 is disposed just behind the standard rear view mirror 10 arranged at a first position, the auxiliary rear view mirror 14 is disposed at a second position on the left side of the standard rear view mirror 10, and the rear confirming view capable of confirming the rear side of the vehicle while avoiding the display part 31 can be secured through the auxiliary rear view mirror 14. Since a driver can eliminate the need of an operation to dispose the auxiliary rear view mirror 14 at the second position during driving, by using the view securing system, the rear confirming view can be safely secured during the driving even if the screen part 31 is disposed in the vehicle.
