PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for repelling harmful animals by using a battery-operated electric pasture fence and applying electric shock to the harmful animal contacting with the fence by high-voltage electric current to repel the animal without killing and prevent the approach of the animal forever. SOLUTION: The apparatus for repelling harmful animals and birds is provided with an earth plate 2 attached to an insulating material 1 made of synthetic resin, wood, etc. A positive cord 3 is placed 1 cm above the earth plate 2 parallel to the plate and the earth plate 2 is connected to the negative terminal (a) of the electric pasture fence A operated by a battery B.
