<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that only one person can control a camera at a time and that a plurality of persons can not control the camera at the same time in the case of distributing an image acquired by the controllable camera to many people via the Internet. <P>SOLUTION: When an image acquired by a prescribed camera is distributed to many people via the Internet, a control instruction to a camera corresponding to a camera operation is received from a client device, the received control instruction is executed in accordance with the type of the camera, and the image based on the executed result to the cliant device.
