<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the fluctuation of the replenished toner quantity among respective developer storing parts in the case of replenishing the toner stored in a single toner storing part to a plurality of mutually independent developer storing parts. <P>SOLUTION: The single toner storing part 21 for storing the toner to be replenished to three developing parts 11A, 11B and 11C for developing with the same toner is arranged. Three agitators 22A, 22B and 22C are coaxially arranged in the toner storing part, The elastic sheet 25B of the center agitator is fixed on a rotating shaft 23 so that it may be deviated from the elastic sheets 25A and 25C of other agitators in the rotating direction of the rotating shaft 23.
