<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system for carbonization by composite methane fermentation which efficiently generate and recover methane gas, carbides and hydrogen without generating residues by processing biomass resources step by step. <P>SOLUTION: The system 1 for carbonization by the composite methane fermentation is provided with: a methane fermentation device 2 processing the biomass resources, generating a produced gas containing the methane gas and the residue, and recovering the produced gas; and a low temperature carbonizing device 3 processing the residue generated in the fermentation device 2, generating a produced gas containing the methane gas, and the residue, and recovering the produced carbides and the produced gas; and a high-temperature carbonizing device 4 processing the residue generated in the low-temperature carbonizing device 3 and recovering the produced carbides and highly concentrated hydrogen. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
