PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure preferable by applying to a high-rise or super high-rise apartment house building. SOLUTION: In the structure of the building using an outer-peripheral frame A, an internal frame B and a flat slab 1 as main bodies, the frame A is formed of a rigid frame composed of peripheral columns 2 and peripheral beams 3 while the frame B is formed of a tube rigid frame composed of internal columns 4 and internal beams 5 and the internal columns 4 in the frame B are arranged in a density higher than the peripheral columns 2 in the frame A. A double-floor space as a piping space 6 is formed by forming a stepped section to the flat slab 1 and lowering floor levels on the inside of the frame B and at the external peripheral edge section of the frame B.
