PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bottle holder capable of holding a bottle for drinking water and a cell phone simultaneously and capable of folding compact when the bottle for drinking water must not be held. SOLUTION: This bottle holder 10 comprises a movable container 14 having a phone set storage part B storing a cell phone set, a body 12 having a container storage part A storing a movable container 14, and a frame 16 supporting the movable container 14 on the inside or outside of the container storage part A. When the movable container 14 is supported on the outside of the container storage part A by the frame 16, a bottle storage part D is formed of the container storage part A and the outer wall of the movable container 14 in association with each other.
