<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink set capable of obtaining an image having both high fixing properties and high recording density even when recording is performed on an ordinary paper sheet as a paper sheet for inkjet recording. <P>SOLUTION: The ink set independently has a reaction liquid and at least one ink for a case where after the reaction liquid is added, the ink is applied by inkjet recording. The ink comprises ink containing carbon black with a DBP oil absorption of 70-300 (mL/100 g). Image formation is performed by the first step wherein the reaction liquid and the ink are brought into contact with each other on the top face/above a medium to be recorded, the second step wherein an aggregated film is instantaneously formed on an interface where the reaction liquid is brought into contact with the ink, and the third step wherein a process where pigment particles are aggregated and accumulated on the aggregated film, a process for accelerating permeability of the reaction liquid to the medium to be recorded, and a process for fixing the aggregated film on the surface of the medium to be recorded, are simultaneously advanced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
