PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fill a clearance between an end surface of a divider member 23 and an inner wall face of an outer plate 22, thereby surely meandering the fluid in a tube. SOLUTION: A clearance between an end surface of a divider member 23 and an inner wall surface of an outer plate 22 is filled by a spacer 25, and thus can be closed without matching the shape of an end part of the divider member 23 with that of an inner wall face of an elbow part 22a. Accordingly, it becomes possible to surely meander the fluid in the tube while suppressing the rise of the manufacturing cost price of the tube. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
