EXAMINATION METHOD OF FECES COMPONENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an examination method of feces components for measuring calprotectin and/or elastase in feces and measuring hemoglobin and/or transferrin by using the same examination sample obtained by dissolving or dispersing the feces in an aqueous solvent in advance. SOLUTION: By taking into consideration the facts that hemoglobin and transferrin in feces are used as a marker in a colon cancer checkup, that calprotectin in feces can be used as a marker in diagnosis of inflammatory inflammation of the intestines and that elastase 1 is useful in diagnozing the function of the pancreas, the same sample in which the feces are dissolved or suspended in advance is used for measuring these items simultaneously or in the same apparatus by an immunoassay for enabling simultaneous examination and diagnosis of different diseases.
