PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging bag for grain crops which keeps away or kills vermin which itself is harmless to the human being from the hygienic viewpoint, however, eats a packaged product and remarkably spoils the commodity value, can greatly display insect control effects to the packaged product; and in addition, is excellent in strength, heat-resistance, tenacity, and scratch-resistance and so forth, does not break e.g., when the package drops; and also, is excellent in light-shielding property to solar light, a fluorescent lamp and so forth, humidity-resistance to moisture or the like, and in addition, is excellent in printability, decorative property and so forth, and is extremely useful for the fill-packaging of grain crops, e.g., rice grain crops, beans and others. SOLUTION: A rolled web film is superposed, and the peripheral edge end parts of the outer periphery are heat-sealed for this packaging bag for grain crops. In the packaging bag, the rolled web film has a printed pattern layer by an ink composition containing a chemical to keep away or kill vermin on the front surface and/or the rear surface or between layers.
