PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a solenoid which can manufacture a bobbin-less type solenoid of at a low cost. SOLUTION: One insulation washer 4 is fit and arranged in an inside of a stationary core 7 assembled in one end side of a sleeve 2 and a spool of an attraction coil 3 is formed by assembling a winding end keep jig in the other end side of the sleeve 2. After the attraction coil 3 is wound on the spool, the other insulation washer 5 and a magnet cover 6 are assembled from the side of a spool keep jig and an opening part of the magnet cover 6 is calked and fixed to the outer circumference of the large diameter tube part 7a of the stationary core 7 while regulating an edge face of the attraction coil 3 by the spool keep jig. Thereby, the suction coil 3 is held between an inner surface of the large diameter tube part 7a of the stationary core 7 and the bottom wall 6a of the magnet cover 6 through the two insulation washers 4, 5. |
