PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerator in which an inside part of a vegetable storing chamber can be kept at a high humidity without producing any dew formation. SOLUTION: A humidity adjusting member 1 having a humidity absorbing or releasing characteristic installed in a vegetable storing chamber of a refrigerator comprises a humidity adjusting layer containing porous material 2 with a fine hole diameter of 50 to 150 Å, and any one of layers containing a structure having same fine particles of humidity absorbing or humidity releasing organic material formed into predetermined shape or a moisture permeating material having fine particles of humidity absorbing or humidity releasing organic material or fine particles of humidity absorbing or humidity releasing organic material. |
