The hand operating the special tool (10) is held at a distance from the material to be cut (26, 48, 50) and does not touch the material at all. The cutting blades (30) are produced separately and attached to the working areas (22, 24) at a distance from the rotation axle (66, 102). They (30) are not subject to strong forces acting on them, facilitating their production of a relatively thin metal.
