PURPOSE: A character learning card and a character learning tool using the same are provided to learn efficiently characters and reduce the contamination by using the character learning card adhered on a magnetic board and a refrigerator. CONSTITUTION: A character learning card includes a plate-shaped synthetic resin sheet, a permanent magnet, a plurality of character sheets, and a resin envelope. The plate-shaped synthetic resin sheet(11) is formed with synthetic resin. The permanent magnet(13) is connected to a part of the plate-shaped synthetic resin sheet. The character sheets(14,15) are overlapped on one side of the plate-shaped synthetic resin sheet. Characters are printed on the other sides of the character sheets. The resin envelope(17) includes a storage part for storing the plate-shaped synthetic resin sheet and the character sheets. The resin envelope is formed with the transparent synthetic resin.
