PURPOSE: A contact releasing device is provided to reduce a power consumption and prevent an erroneous operation by fixing and releasing the connecting portion for connecting the displacement portion of a relay. CONSTITUTION: A contact releasing device comprises a displacement unit for releasing a protrusion(11) arranged in parallel to a displacement device; a fixing unit for displacing a sequential displacement portion(32) which sequentially displaces a fixing portion(33) through the displacement of a displacement portion and a key displacement portion(31), displacing the fixing portion through the displacement of the sequential displacement portion, fixing the protrusion by the fixing portion, and releasing the protrusion; and a unit for inputting power to the displacement device in accordance with the control of a controller connected to the displacement device, operating a fixing device, fixing and releasing the protrusion through the fixing portion, and maintaining and releasing contact through the fixing device.
