PURPOSE: A duct case of an exhaust device for a roaster is provided to increase the production efficiency and to facilitate installation through reduction of the weight, by integrally forming the duct case with a synthetic resin material. CONSTITUTION: An exhaust device for a roaster has a bellows(10) maintaining uniform altitude from a roasting plate and a duct case(100) connected to an exhaust duct to exhaust smell or smoke incoming through the bellows. The duct case comprises a suction part(120), an exhaust part(140), and a motor-receiving part(160). A suction pipe, having a suction port to which the bellows is connected, is projected to the lower side of the suction part. A winding hole, communicating with the upper side of the suction port, is arranged in the suction part. The exhaust part is arranged successively to the upper side of the suction part. A fan hole, communicating with the winding hole, is formed in the exhaust part. In the exhaust part, an exhaust pipe(145) is about horizontally projected and is connected to the exhaust duct. An exhaust port(147), communicating in the tangential direction of the fan hole, is arranged to the section middle part of exhaust pipe. The winding hole is deflected toward a side. A motor hole, communicating with the fan hole, is formed in the motor-receiving part. A combining flange(170) is formed along the edge of the outside of the motor-receiving part.
