PURPOSE: A vessel for removing floating materials from water, drinks, wine, milk or food, and a method for preparing water, drinks, wine or milk using or cooking food using the same vessel are provided, thereby effectively removing floating materials such as harmful materials from water, drinks, wine, milk or food, and consequently improving stability and quality of water, drinks, wine, milk or food. CONSTITUTION: The vessel for removing floating materials from water, drinks, wine, milk or food is characterized by having a circular plate shape. The vessel comprises the parts of: an outer border(53) with a predetermined height on the circumference of the circular plate shape vessel; a plurality of holes within the vessel from the outer border(53); an inner border with a predetermined height on the circumference of the holes to hold a certain amount of floating materials; a combining portion which is combined with a middle grip bar(52) and positioned in the center of the vessel; and a combination grip and vessel(51) for removing floating materials which is connected to the upper part of the middle grip bar(52).
