PURPOSE: A method of making rice bran tea by roasting rice bran and mixing it with green tea powder, jasmine powder, plum powder, medicinal herb powder, seaweed powder or the like is provided. The tea contains rich nutrients and improved flavor and aroma. CONSTITUTION: Rice bran is heated at 60 to 70deg.C for 30 to 40min and dried. Then, it is heated at 80 to 90deg.C for 1 to 2min once more, ground and mixed with any one selected from green tea powder, jasmine powder, plum powder, medicinal herb powder, seaweed powder and a mixture thereof.
