PURPOSE: An organic photoconductor containing a charge transport material having two hydrazone groups is provided to improve mechanical properties and electrostatic properties such as charge transport properties, thereby being advantageously used in a device or a method related with electrophotographic imaging. CONSTITUTION: The organic photoconductor comprises a conductive base material and a photoconductive element, wherein the photoconductive element comprises (a) a charge transport material represented by the formula 1 and (b) a charge-generating compound. In the formula 1, each of R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, R6, R7 and R8 is independently alkyl, alkaryl, aryl or heterocyclic group; X and X' are independently an aromatic group; and Z is a linear or branched divalent linking group represented by -(CH2)m-, wherein m is an integer of 1-30 and at least one of the methylene groups may be substituted with O, S, C=O, O=S=O, heterocyclic group, aromatic group, urethane, urea, ester, NR9, CHR10 or CR11R12, wherein R9 and R10 are independently H, hydroxyl, thiol, alkoxy, alkyl or aryl; R11 and R12 are independently H, hydroxyl, thiol, alkoxy, alkyl, aryl or a part of a cyclic ring.
