PURPOSE: A wrapping machine, a top foil wrapping machine, and a method for storing and/or transporting the wrapping machine or the top foil wrapping machine are provided to reduce the transportation cost and to quickly make a work state on the spot without a special tool or a special function. CONSTITUTION: A wrapping machine(1) for wrapping a plastic foil web around an object to be wrapped comprises a machine frame(2) supported to a fixed base and composed of a upright vertical column(3) and a cross member(4) for connecting the vertical columns; a lifting frame(5) arranged to move vertically along the vertical column by a lifting motor(6); and a foil dispenser(7) supporting a foil web roll(8) to rotate on the foil dispenser, moving vertically together with the lifting frame, rotating around an object to be wrapped along a circular passage to unwind a plastic foil web from a foil web, and wrapping around the object. Each vertical column has at least two column parts(9,10) of which ends are separably connected to each other. The column part comprises lower and upper column parts. The lower column parts of the vertical columns are connected to each other by the cross member and the upper column parts are separated from each other.
