PURPOSE: A terminal cover of a mobile terminal and a fabrication method thereof are provided to reduce the thickness of a terminal cover by attaching an LCD right at an inner side of a window part and reinforce strength of a window part by making a body part and the window part have the same thickness. CONSTITUTION: A terminal cover includes an inner cover(121) formed as a transparent body and an outer cover(122) coupled to the inner cover(121). The inner cover(121) includes a body part(121a) at its inner side to which an LCD(123) is fixedly attached, and a window part(121b) integrally formed at the body part(121a) and display various information through an LCD(123). A deco insertion recess(121c) is formed at a boundary region of the body part(121a) and the window part(121b) in order to embed a window deco(124).
